DEADLINE for Salsas & Vendor Booth payment: October 10th, 2018
Individual Entry: Salsas must be delivered between 11:00am-11:30am to the event location (Firestone Parking Lot | 2401 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75060) in a disposable container, a 1/2 gallon of salsa is needed with the name; phone number and email, as well as the type of salsa that is being submitted. Restaurant & Vendor Booth: Opportunity to display company banner & marketing materials. Restaurants have the opportunity to sell or sample other food (restaurants only). Tables and chairs will be provided to Restaurants and Vendor Booths(Limited quantity available). If you need a pop-up tent you can call our rental equipment store and rent one at a low price. on. Contact At Once Party Rental- TEL: 972/253-9009, tell them you are with the chamber and receive 10% off. Deadline for booth registration is October 10th.

Restaurant with Exhibit Booth: All restaurants must contact the Inspections Department at the City of Irving, EVEN if you already have a permit, as there have been some changes to the requirements. Contact 972-721-2371 for more information.
